July 1, 2006 Sebastian first day at his new stable. We show him to a potential buyer as we decide whether we should sell him or keep him for Sasha to ride. Sasha's mom buys her an English saddle to practice jumping in as the stable owner has shown horses in the classes of Dressage, Western, Hunters and Jumpers.

July 1, 2006 Sebastian has never been in this arena before so Sasha walks him around first to get him familiar with all the new things before she "shows him" to the person who is interested in purchasing him.

There are a lot of peacocks here.

We saved a baby peacock last year who propbably originated this stable, check him out here!

Sasha mounts up and starts showing the horse.

They both ride beautifully.

After, Molly & Sasha pose with Sebastian.

Later that day, Sasha gets a new English saddle that she wants to try out.

Posting around the arena.

Walking Sebastian over the jumps first so he can get used to them.

Sasha is getting into her groove.

She makes some great jumps which Sebastian clears easily!

She rides around the peacocks who come to see what she is up to.

Sebastian doesn't seem to mind the pretty visitor at all.

The peacock perches on one of the jumps to watch Sasha & Sebastian ride.

July 2, 2006 Next morning, Sasha is back practicing her riding again.

She loves jumping him!

Molly has a turn. She has no experience so Sasha will giver her a lesson as she picks up peacock feathers.

Molly does a great job for her first time on Sebastian!

We turn Sebastian out with some other horses for the first time.

A little pony named Dot befriends Sebastian..

After he meets everyone, Sebastian rolls.

July 3, 2006 Early in the morning all the horses stick their heads out of their stalls.

Molly is the groom for Sasha. She makes him look pretty while Sasha gets her saddle ready.

Sasha mounts Sebastian by herself.

Sasha works the horse on the jumps.

They are both getting pretty good at the jumps.

Then she walks him around the lake for the first time.

She canters.

Then she takes him in the lake to go swimming..

July 4, 2006 Sasha bridles Sebastian

And warms up in the arena.

While a peacock shows off his feathers.

Sasha practices even through wet puddles.

July 5, 2006 Sasha picks his feet.

Walks him down the street

July 5, 2006 Later that night she rides again

And gives Molly a lesson.

Molly learns to trot tonight.

Sasha praises Sebastian for being such a good boy!

July 6, 2006 The next morning Sasha free lunges Sebastian in the arena.

And Molly has another lesson on Sebastian.

Molly loves Sebastian!

Later that night, Jyllene brings Tripoli over to ride with Sasha and Sebastian.

Molly doubles with Jyllene on Tripoli so they can all go for a ride around the neighborhood.

They go down to the open field and have a great time!

Splashing through puddles and romping around the field!

Jyllene shows Sasha all the places she and her friends ride their horses.

She helps Sasha build up her confidence and feel safe in the open field.

July 7, 2005 Sasha checks to see if Sebastians feet are sore from the farrier's trim yesterday.

In Florida, the skies open up and pour rain without warning.

Sasha gets a ride in anyway.

Sasha rides after she bathed him and we braided his mane & tail.

Then she heads out on a trail ride with Jyllene & her friend.

July 9, 2006 Sasha lays back on Sebastian. She's really built up confidence over the past weeks.

She takes him out on a trail alone.

She goes by the neighborhood houses.

Early in the morning.

Until she reaches the open field where she can run!

She practices slowing him down.

After, we head back to the stable.

July 10, 2006 Sasha, Jyllene and Ashley with Molly doubling go for a trail ride.

July 10, 2006 Sasha rides Sebastian. Jyllene and Ashley are riding each other's horses.

July 13, 2006 Sasha goes for a night ride.
