January 2010 Erik & Sebastian make friends!

January 23, 2010 Erik has been hanging out with Sebastian for the past two weeks while we are vacationing in Florida

It was painful at times, but Erik & Sebastian have become pretty good friends now!

He's learned to get him out of the paddock...

And help Sasha free lunge him...

He's also learned to groom.

Check his hooves for stones or pebbles.

Even pick his feet if necessary.

Sebastian really likes Erik!

Now that Sebastian is all ready, Sasha rides and warms him up.

Lots of snow!

Now Erik takes a turn.

Erik is cool!

He is just a beginner and has only been on a horse a few times.

But he is a good listener and tries to apply everything we teach him.

Not like Sasha, who always does her own thing no matter what we try to tell her!
