Noah Hunt adjusts the mic at Stanley's Pub

December 30th 2004 ~ Noah Hunt & The 420 All-Stars played Stanley's pub.  This show was the annual New Years's Eve "Eve" Party  at Stanley's as well as Noah Hunt's annual holiday show for the Freestore Foodbank. Hyde Park Outrage (featuring G. Burton) & Fat Cactus opened for Noah Hunt and The 420 All-Stars. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "The turnout was fantastic.  The place was packed before Hyde Park Outrage got started at 9:30.  They played a 50 min set and everyone seemed to love it.  Fat Cactus started about 10:20 and the place was electric.  The crowd was extremely receptive to the music and were dancing from the first chord to the last chord and even insisted on an encore.  The fans of 420 were very appreciative and looked to be enjoying it as much as the band did. Noah and 420 were as tight as ever.  Noah looked very healthy, very thin and his voice was as strong as ever.  They played a lot of newer material and some songs that Dan had wrote.  Snake is such a badass.  All of those guys are so supportive of each other and the other bands that played." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "I must say it was a great time! Totally different vibe than the KWS shows. Noah seem genuinely happy to be there.  They did  some covers and some originals (Away, Away and Grey).  He and the band jumped on stage and played for over two and a half hours, barely taking a breath.  The energy level is so high in Stanley's Pub.  The crowd was very friendly and cordial.  Noah and the band were very accomodating when I was taking pictures, condsidering I was four inches away from them with a flash. It was a very enjoyable evening with some very talented people.  I highly recommend catching one of their at home gigs when possible." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
